Failure is Feedback

Feedback (the environment's response to a behavior) is necessary for learning.

A response has to occur before feedback.

If fear of failure prevents a response, then no feedback can occur, and learning doesn't take place.

I've also learned that failure isn't fatal, and success is never final.

And if I keep showing up and doing things, faster than my fear can catch me, I've already put out 10 more responses for other feedback, so the potential for failure becomes insignificant.

Do you think you might have the opportunity to notice failure as feedback today?

I use a few simple steps to sort out life for myself and others to be productive while staying present and build confidence with creative problem solving.
